How it works运作原理

Each demand driver contributes to an aggregated demand index. That index lifts the room rate above the base, up to (but never beyond) the ceiling guardrail. RevPAR is then projected at the chosen occupancy. 每个需求驱动因子贡献于一个聚合需求指数。该指数将房价从基础水平向上推高,但永远不会超过上限护栏。RevPAR 则基于您选择的入住率投影计算。
