Dr. Tong Yin 殷彤博士

Dr. Tong Yin is an innovative entrepreneur and strategic thinker who serves as Founder & Chief Scientist of InsightBridge Global LLC, a theory-driven strategic think tank, and of its sister research entity, InsightBridge Global Lab LLC. He does not license other people's consulting frameworks — he originates his own, publishes the judgements they produce, and lets subsequent official data settle whether those judgements were right.

Before founding InsightBridge, Dr. Yin served as an Instructor at Auburn University while completing his Ph.D. in Hospitality Management. Over the preceding two decades he held senior executive positions with international firms across hospitality, professional services, and global manufacturing in the United States, China, Australia, and Europe — leading operations, commercial strategy, and cross-border expansion for organizations at scale.

InsightBridge Global LLC is a theory-driven strategic think tank. Dr. Yin’s scholarly work centers on organizational resilience, AI strategy, geopolitical risk, and civilizational governance. He is the originator of four management frameworks: The Home Model, a covenant-based governance framework grounded in the human-centric capabilities AI cannot replicate — most centrally, identity fusion under crisis; Governance Debt, which treats unresolved governance and trust deficits as liabilities compounding against an organisation’s future capacity; Dynamic Driver Replacement Theory, which models how an organisation exchanges an exhausted growth driver for a new one; and Core Code Theory, which separates an organisation’s codifiable Performance UI from its tacit, identity-based Core Code. His research has received 26 verified citations across 7 countries and 5 languages. He is a regular editorial contributor to Hospitality Net, Hotel News Resource, and PhocusWire.

Between May and July 2026, Dr. Yin published dated, attributed forecasts on Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 tourism programme and graded them against a strict rule: a forecast counts only where the deciding evidence was published after the forecast. On 13 May he argued the average-rate decline was structural rather than cyclical — eight weeks later GASTAT recorded −11.4%. In the same article he identified the holy cities as an inelastic exception — five weeks later Knight Frank recorded Hajj-week Makkah RevPAR at +39%.
