POLARIS · ORION · NOVA — Hotel AI Three-Engines for Total-Revenue Optimization
From room price to total revenue. Validated on 76 Macau hotels.
In a hotel price war, nobody wins.
Discounting buys occupancy, not loyalty. Raising rates pushes repeat guests away. And in mature, fully transparent markets, the room price itself has almost no room left to move.
So we stopped optimizing the price — and started optimizing what happens after the guest arrives.
Today we are making the live dashboard for our three-engine hotel AI system public:
→ POLARIS — disciplined pricing. No price wars, the price ceiling is respected. Live measured: +6.04% room revenue (94.6% confidence).
→ ORION — operating coordination. Customers, channels and operations in one decision-ready picture. Live measured: +16.44% total revenue.
→ NOVA — direct-booking conversion. Traffic becomes direct bookings and net profit. Live measured: +39.96% total revenue, +27.33% net profit, 100% direct-win rate vs OTAs, 100% profit-guard pass.
These are not demo numbers. The models were backtested on 76 Macau hotels and on 26 months of global data — selected on both IBM Quantum and AWS Braket tracks. Zero anomalies across all 76 properties.
And we are equally clear about the boundary: AI improves performance. Management improves the organization. Culture sustains success.
