Micro-Covenants微契约
Micro-Covenants are the small, repeated mutual obligations between specific people that compound into organisation-level trust reserves — and cannot be copied by competitors.
Definition. Micro-Covenants are small, repeated mutual obligations between specific individuals or teams. Individually minor, they accumulate into trust reserves at the organisational level. A manager who reliably defends a subordinate in a hostile meeting is enacting a micro-covenant. Their strategic importance lies in their inimitability: no competitor can copy the accumulated pattern.
Position in the framework system
Micro-Covenants are the deposit mechanism of Trust Reserves inside The Home Model: reserves are not built by programmes or slogans, but by thousands of specific honoured obligations between named people.
