Trust Reserves are the accumulated store of mutual obligation an organisation can draw down in crisis — invisible on the balance sheet, and impossible to buy.信任储备是组织在危机中可以动用的相互义务存量——资产负债表上看不见，也花钱买不到。
Definition. Trust Reserves are the accumulated store of mutual obligation an organisation has built through honoured covenants. Like financial reserves, they are invisible on the balance sheet and are drawn down during crisis. Unlike financial reserves, they cannot be purchased — only earned, and only through repeated demonstration that commitments hold when honouring them is costly.
